Rising in the Ranks: How Conneq Prepares You for Freelance Success

The one piece of feedback that we get consistently from our customers involves their need for more entry-level talent.

The one piece of feedback that we get consistently from our customers involves their need for more entry-level talent. Our event producer customers are constantly shuffling crew roles as requirements change and as the day of the event draws near. A stagehand with some audio experience might be tapped to be an audio engineer, for example. Our IT Services customers often look for entry-level talent for project-based work and will gladly provide technical training for team members looking to get up-to-speed quickly. A project might entail replacing wireless access points in a building or reconciling inventory items for an IT department.

Here at Conneq, we believe in empowering our freelancers to build their business and their careers. For our freelancers who are just starting out, perhaps you’re simply looking for some tips from an industry veteran or want to learn all the latest jargon. Conneq is here to help you take that first step! As we committed in our previous blog post, we’ve been busy preparing for our inaugural in-person training event. And without further ado, here are the details!
